I run my own security and load reviews and hand the client a readable assessment, with the test code included.
Repeatable tests live in the repo: an HTTP security scan, unit checks for the security and backup code, and load scenarios that model staff and visitors separately. The results ship as a client-facing site that says what protects the system and how to re-run every test.
