Founder of AL-Arcade, a Cairo software house and game studio, since 2022. I design, build and run software end to end: ERPs that government and private organisations run their day on, multi-tenant platforms, mobile apps, AI assistants that work safely on sensitive data, motion-controlled games for global hardware brands, and the infrastructure all of it lives on.
Prototype first. Working software in front of the client within days: a 29-screen app pitch in one day, the club ERP in production in five and a half months.
Agents under my rules. I run Claude Code agents on real repositories through my own platform, with the review, deploy rules and tests I set.
The whole stack. Product, design, code, data, servers, and security and load reviews, with no hand-off gaps.
Arabic and English by default. Every product ships in both languages, with right-to-left done properly.
The system a whole club runs on: members and families, money, sports, bookings, staff and stock, in one place.
Managers ask in plain Arabic and get numbers, charts and reports from live data. It can only read, and only what that manager may see.
Multi-tenant academy software. OC Sport runs more than 850 players on it: programmes by age, schedules, attendance, billing and a parents’ portal.
Chess, ludo, domino and tawla in one Arabic-first game, with Stockfish bots, ratings, tournaments, clubs and a full operator console.
My own agent platform: I type a task on my phone, a Claude Code agent works in the real repo on the server, streams its progress and pushes the commit.
The club in a member’s pocket: a digital card with a QR gate pass, the whole family, bookings and news.
A members’ app, a staff portal and a gate scanner for a club of about 80,000 members, fed by the club’s 20-year-old desktop system without replacing it.
A body-controlled samurai game: swing your arms to cut through 50 ninjas, then spin the prize wheel. It drew queues at MSI stands for months.
A cyberpunk runner you play with your body. Raise both hands to start. It packed Cooler Master’s stand for two days.
Asymmetric multiplayer horror: one player is a giant Eye watching a procedural dollhouse, the others are Runners looting it in first person, slowed by everything they steal.
Four-player online co-op: clumsy physics hands give real first aid to ragdoll patients, wave after wave, until the clinic reaches Class S or goes bankrupt.
A redesigned Bedrock launcher for Mac and Windows with automatic world backups and pack management, plus servers where Bedrock and Java players share one world.
The company site in English and Arabic from one template, with working miniatures of the systems the studio builds playing on the home page.
Moved the company’s entire 71-service production box to a new provider with 19 minutes of downtime, after checking every database byte for byte.
