The story

A branded Nextcloud workspace for files, chat, mail, calendar and kanban; a mail server for the company domains; a self-hosted Supabase for games and apps; PeerTube as a private video backend; and Planka boards for a game team.

Hard parts cleared

  • Supabase runs outside CapRover and reaches the world through placeholder apps with custom proxy configs.
  • Nextcloud moved from an all-in-one install into four apps, carrying 58 GB of data.
  • Mail ports bypass the proxy while its web interface sits behind it.
